Walsingham Light Railway
Alan the driver
The worlds longest 10 1/4 inch narrow gauge steam railway runs from Wells to Walsingham in Norfolk. It was built by Lt Commander Roy Francis who also built the smaller one at Wells to the beach. He started it in 1979 and it was opened in 1982. The journey takes 45 minutes and is enchanting.
