Reflection on Mark 3v20-35
The religious authorities call Jesus Beelzebub, the fly carrier (a word I cant use here!), the prince of demons. In other words he is demonic. The initial enthusiastic response to Jesus ministry, the adulation, prompts a resultant negative reaction from Jesus' family and Israel's religious officials. This is double conflict, double trouble.
1. Jesus' family said he had gone out of his mind.
2. The religious authorities accuse him of being possessed.
He is mad!!
So Mark now has Jesus answering the charge that he is acting under the power of Satan. Is response is, to reject them both and bring a counter charge. Jesus says if Satan has moved against himself then he is finished! Divide and fall! And he points out that his miraculous works, particularly exorcisms, happen because Satan, the "strong man", the psyche/our soul is, "bound" and needs to be set free. How many of us are bound by demonic forces?
If there are internal divisions in a household, it is impossible that such a household wont disintegrate, "no one is able to enter a strong man's house and to plunder his property unless, he first ties up "the strong man's then he can rob the house. This is about us as Christians, What is our strong man that we need to bind before Jesus can minister to us? But its also about our communities, our countries our world. What demonic forces bind us collectively and are against Gods will?
The scribes have suggested that Jesus is an agent of Satan. Addressing the issue of slander (blasphemies) Jesus says that we can be forgiven all sort of sinful slanders, except a slander against the Holy Spirit, Gods work.
So in Marks story, his gospel, we have moved from the wilderness where he was tempted by Satan to Galilee where both his family and the religious authorities have accused him of being possessed. Jesus says he intends to overthrow the reign of the strong man, by binding him, and robbing his house, like a thief in the night. He is talking about the religious authorities!
The chapter ends with his family calling to him from outside the house. The family was central to Palestinian society. But there is a serious rift between Jesus and his family. He says "Whoever does the will of my Father is my brother and sister and mother!" Even our families wont understand us. More trouble!

馬可福音 3v20-35 的反思
宗教權威稱耶穌別西卜（Beelzebub），即飛行者（我在這裡不能使用這個詞！），惡魔王子。換句話說，他是惡魔。對耶穌事工最初的熱烈反應和奉承，引發了耶穌的家人和以色列宗教官員的負面反應。這是雙重衝突，雙重麻煩。
1. 耶穌的家人說他瘋了。
2. 宗教當局指控他被附身。
他瘋了！
因此，馬可現在讓耶穌回答了他在撒但的權勢下行事的指控。 回應是拒絕他們兩者並提出反指控。耶穌說，如果撒旦對自己採取行動，那麼他就完了！分裂並墮落！他指出，他的奇蹟般的作品，特別是驅魔，之所以發生，是因為撒旦，“強人”，心靈/我們的靈魂，被“束縛”，需要被釋放。我們有多少人被惡魔的力量所束縛？
如果一個家庭有內部分裂，這樣的家庭不可能不分裂，「任何人都不能進入強人的家庭並掠奪他的財產，除非先將強人的財產綁起來，然後他才能搶奪他的財產」。這是關於我們基督徒的，在耶穌服事我們之前，我們需要捆綁什麼大力士？ 但這也關係到我們的社區、我們的國家、我們的世界。哪些惡魔力量將我們束縛在一起並違背上帝的意願？
文士們認為耶穌是撒旦的代理人。在談到毀謗（褻瀆）的問題時，耶穌說我們可以寬恕各種罪惡的毀謗，除了毀謗聖靈、上帝的工作。
因此，在馬可福音的故事中，我們從他受撒旦誘惑的曠野搬到了加利利，在那裡他的家人和宗教當局都指控他被附身。耶穌說，他打算推翻大力士的統治，把他綁起來，並像夜間的小偷一樣搶劫他的房子。他說的是宗教權威！
本章結束時，他的家人在屋外呼喚他。家庭是巴勒斯坦社會的核心。但耶穌和他的家人之間存在著嚴重的裂痕。他說：“誰遵行我天父的旨意，誰就是我的兄弟姐妹和母親！”甚至我們的家人也不會理解我們。更麻煩了！
我們為我們的世界、我們的國家、我們的社區、我們的家人和朋友祈禱。

Reflexão sobre Marcos 3v20-35
As autoridades religiosas chamam Jesus de Belzebu, o portador das moscas (uma palavra que não posso usar aqui!), o príncipe dos demônios. Em outras palavras, ele é demoníaco. A resposta inicial entusiástica ao ministério de Jesus, a adulação, provoca uma reação negativa resultante da família de Jesus e das autoridades religiosas de Israel. Isto é duplo conflito, duplo problema.
1. A família de Jesus disse que ele havia enlouquecido.
2. As autoridades religiosas acusam-no de estar possuído.
Ele está bravo!!
Assim, Marcos agora mostra Jesus respondendo à acusação de que ele está agindo sob o poder de Satanás. A resposta é rejeitar ambos e apresentar uma contra-acusação. Jesus diz que se Satanás agiu contra si mesmo, então ele está acabado! Divida e caia! E ressalta que suas obras milagrosas, principalmente os exorcismos, acontecem porque Satanás, o “homem forte”, a psique/nossa alma está “amarrada” e precisa ser libertada. Quantos de nós estamos presos a forças demoníacas?
Se houver divisões internas numa família, é impossível que tal família não se desintegre, "ninguém é capaz de entrar na casa de um homem forte e saquear a sua propriedade, a menos que primeiro amarre" a do homem forte e depois possa roubar o casa. Isto é sobre nós como cristãos: Qual é o nosso homem forte que precisamos amarrar antes que Jesus possa ministrar para nós? Mas também se trata das nossas comunidades, dos nossos países, do nosso mundo. Que forças demoníacas nos prendem coletivamente e são contra a vontade de Deus?
Os escribas sugeriram que Jesus é um agente de Satanás. Abordando a questão da calúnia (blasfêmias) Jesus diz que podemos ser perdoados de todos os tipos de calúnias pecaminosas, exceto uma calúnia contra o Espírito Santo, obra de Deus.
Assim, na história de Marcos, o seu evangelho, passamos do deserto onde ele foi tentado por Satanás para a Galileia, onde tanto a sua família como as autoridades religiosas o acusaram de estar possuído. Jesus diz que pretende derrubar o reinado do homem forte, amarrando-o e roubando sua casa, como um ladrão durante a noite. Ele está falando sobre as autoridades religiosas!
O capítulo termina com sua família chamando-o de fora de casa. A família era fundamental para a sociedade palestina. Mas há uma séria discórdia entre Jesus e sua família. Ele diz: “Quem faz a vontade de meu Pai é meu irmão, irmã e mãe!” Mesmo nossas famílias não nos entenderão. Mais problemas!
