Acts 9v 5 “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. 6 “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” 7 The men traveling with Saul stood there speechless; they heard the sound but did not see anyone. 8 Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus. 9 For three days he was blind, and did not eat or drink anything.
Loving God we pray for an end to the killing
in Gaza, Lebanon, Ukraine, Congo and Sudan and other places
For those held captive
Those facing hatred and intolerance
For the over 100 million people fleeing for their lives
For strangers in our lands
For those in refugee camps
For those on dangerous journeys for safety
Melt our hard hearts to create welcome and change
And to choose compassion over hatred

Lạy Chúa nhân từ, chúng con cầu nguyện cho chấm dứt sự giết chóc ở Gaza, Lebanon, Ukraine, Congo, Sudan và những nơi khác.
Cho những người bị giam cầm.
Cho những người phải đối mặt với sự thù hận và bất dung.
Cho hơn 100 triệu người đang chạy trốn để bảo toàn mạng sống. Cho những người xa lạ trên đất nước chúng con.
Cho những người trong các trại tị nạn.
Cho những người đang trên những hành trình nguy hiểm để tìm kiếm sự an toàn. Xin Chúa làm tan chảy trái tim chai sạn của chúng con để tạo ra sự chào đón và thay đổi.
Và để chọn lòng thương xót thay vì thù hận.
Amen.
