We thank you for the morning Light and evening rest
We begin and end our day by praising and thanking you
Open our hearts and our minds
To your creative healing Spirit

We pray for all those we know who need our help and prayers ….and the many others we carry in our hearts.
For Ukraine, Russia, Syria, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Yemen, Myanmar, the Rohingyas, the Uighurs, Hong Kong, Belarus, Eritrea, Ethiopia, our own country, climate change, doctors and nurses, carers, teachers, those confronting injustice, our families and friends and ourselves…
Spirit of the Living God present with us now enter our bodies, minds and spirits and heal us of all that harms us. Let your angels be beside us at this time. In Jesus Name we pray.
