dreams deep into our human soul.

We give thanks to You, God, we give thanks,
For Your name is near;
People declare Your wondrous works.
2 “When I select an appointed time,
It is I who judge fairly.
3 The earth and all who inhabit it are unsteady;

We pray for people and situations that are on our hearts today...
For peace in Ukraine and Gaza. For release of Israeli and Palestinian hostages. For Russia, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan.
For the over a million refugees worldwide,
For people who are homeless, hungry, persecuted
For those who fight for the earth and for justice for its people
May we not fail you though we face great dangers.
When the star in the sky has gone
And the wise men have gone back to their homes
The real work of Christmas begins
To find the lost, heal the broken, feed the hungry and release the prisoner. Amen

對全世界超過一百萬的難民來說，
對於無家可歸、飢餓、受迫害的人們
對於那些為地球和人民爭取正義而戰的人
儘管我們面臨巨大的危險，但願我們不會讓您失望。
當天上的星星消失了
智者們也都回到了自己的家園
聖誕節真正的工作開始了

J'allume une bougie pour m'éclairer, envoyant
prières haut dans les cieux d'encre et
rêves profondément ancrés dans notre âme humaine.
Nous allumons une bougie pour nous éclairer. Puisse-t-il éclairer notre chemin.

Pour plus d'un million de réfugiés dans le monde,
Pour les personnes sans abri, affamées, persécutées
Pour ceux qui luttent pour la terre et pour la justice de ses habitants
Puissions-nous ne pas vous décevoir même si nous sommes confrontés à de grands dangers.
Quand l'étoile dans le ciel est partie
Et les sages sont rentrés chez eux
Le vrai travail de Noël commence
Pour retrouver les perdus, guérir ceux qui sont brisés, nourrir ceux qui ont faim et libérer le prisonnier. Amen
