God has called us
To celebrate Gods presence
In our lives and the world
To love and serve others
To seek justice and resist the destructive
To live the life of Christ
By the presence of Gods Spirit within us

Loving God
Come into our confused and troubled lives
Send your Spirit
To work in us
Realign us
So that we may know
You in our lives
Your joy, your peace, your Shalom
We say the Lord’s Prayer in our own language
Acts 12
11 Then Peter came to himself and said, “Now I know without a doubt that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from Herod’s clutches and from everything the Jewish people were hoping would happen.” 12 When this had dawned on him, he went to the house of Mary the mother of John, also called Mark, where many people had gathered and were praying. 13 Peter knocked at the outer entrance, and a servant named Rhoda came to answer the door. 14 When she recognized Peter’s voice, she was so overjoyed she ran back without opening it and exclaimed, “Peter is at the door!”
We pray for all those we carry in our hearts. We pray for peace in all countries with war including Gaza and Ukraine, for elections in the US and in France, for Iran, Afghanistan, Sudan, Ethiopia, Myanmar, for those working for justice and relief of poverty, for work to halt climate change, for the 100 million people who are refugees or asylum seekers, for the homeless, the hungry, the distressed. Spirit of the Living God be beside us at this time. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen
In the depth of silence
No words are needed
We are just called to listen
To the movement of the Spirit
And in the midst of confusion
To hear your voice. Amen
